Many people talk about management. , may it be financial management, time management, stress management. What you manage is important, more so how you manage it. Nowadays new concept has emerged and making round i.e. event management According to me, anger management is more crucial, you cannot outsource it.

What is anger?

Answer :- Anger is made up of our reactions to causes which make us irritated, furious, annoyed, anguish, frustrated and emotionally hurt. Anger is triggered by an event or provocation.

Why anger management important?

Anger opens many gates, from cardiovascular disease to depression, hyper sensitive to violent, addiction to imbalance and low esteem to ego centric, relationship to abuse all is the inter play of complex emotions. It alters your thoughts and body language. Anger feeling is developed as someone is treating you unfairly, talking advantage of you, kind of threat or loss, overstepping.
People say they never get angry. May be true. But what they are hiding? You may express rage, annoyance, displeasure. If anger stays with us, can be harmful to our relationship, body and destroy our happiness and productivity too.

 I am asking you to learn the art of witnessing. Just Witness provocation, your own thoughts, assumption. In witness this very provocation will bring smile to you, just try, just witnessing, it’s simple, it’s easy, try and experience.
