Kundalini 

Lot of information is available on the subject of kundalini.( कुण्डलिनि) .

                         

 I have heard people saying that their kundali is awakened. My dear friends, Kundali( कुण्डली) is a horoscope, map of stars at the time of birth. “kundalini “is the sleeping power, within us. Many get confused with these two terms. This confusion relates to ones ignorance and lack of clarity.

 This confusion apart, awakening of Kundalini itself is mystical experience.

If you go through History of Indian spiritual science, you can divide it to three periods. Once is Upanishads period, another is of the period when Patanjali yoga Sutra’s was leading and there after period of Tantra.

No major Upanishad’s have mention or discussed the Kundalini. Sega Patnjali did not talk about Kundalini yoga.Only Tantra Shasta talks about it and this very path of Kundalini Shasta was kept secret.

Sant Dnyaneshwar’s commentary on Bhagwat Gita title Bhavarthdipika chapter 6^th he has dealt with in detail about the experience of Kundalini Activation, Awaking and. Arousal. This has no mention in Bhagwat Gita, Sant Dnyaneshwar’ has shared secrete of Nath Samprady and called it Maha Yoga.

Kundalini resides not in the physical body .It is futile to locate the path of kundalini through anatomy of physical body. Many people try to relate chakras to flexes in the body.

The flexes and endocrine gland are in the physical body where as chakras are in subtle body, more precisely in panic body. I want you to understand the concept thoroughly.

Awakening Arousal and Activation of kundalini, one needs to understand the finer points clearly.

Activation of Kundalini may through the following…

1 Divine grace………

2 Tivra viragya means total dispassion

3 Pranayami

4 Guru Pasadena means Shaktipat Visheshena.

Divine Grace may be attributed to past karma or Sanskara. Say, one is destine to undergo these mystical experiences.

You are really detach from worldly things, world of name and form, mundane Life and moved towards Tivra viragya .Then and only then it shall happen on its own. This is difficult to comprehend.

Due process of Pranayam also helps activation of Kundalini, which residing in the subtle body. This path is little risky and time consuming. Manipulating prana the vital energy may cause wrong to the nervous system which is also working in subtle path.

Last is Shaktipat Visheshena. By coming in to contact with Guru or Master this can happen. Has happened in the past and shall happen in future also. This depends upon quality of both Guru and the disciple. Guru may be capable but if the disciple is not ready, Shaktipat may not take place.

Let me explain this with the incidence happened with Narendra. Swami Ramakrishna had many disciples. Case of Nerndra was unique by mere touch of the Guru, Narendra had all this experiences. On the battle field of Kurukshetra at the end of the dialogue Krishna hugs Arjuna to take him to ultimate; this is also the case of Shaktipat .

Shaktipat may be with physical touch of Guru or through eye contact or mere his presence or through thought transmission.

Why I dealt the above with detail is for a purpose. There are many people who have opened their spiritual shops and they proclaim they can activate Kundalini.

Dear aspirant of spiritual science, please do not get carried away by such fly by night spiritual masters and their Empire.

Let, divine grace bestow upon us.
