Are you Dejected, Sorry and Frustrated………
My Dear Friends, Many a times, we feel Dejected, Sorry
and frustrated too….
Have you ever applied energy of your thoughts to such
phenomena .Can you insulate your self from such occurrences. If it is
momentary, then ok. But, if it becomes chronic, then it shall take toll of your
life.
You need to protect yourself from such negative virus
taking your toll. There is no antivirus software available in the market. It is
your inner firewall that protects you from crash. Environment around you, your
mental awareness and your conscious breathing do influence and makes required
inner corrections.
You aspire for something and you are force to accept
something else.
You plan for something; you are forced to abandon your
plan half way.
You smell the success waiting to garland you but you end
in helpless sorry situation.
Your confidence is shaken you lose faith in the system
& you feel victimized by the very system with which you lived.
You wanted a job you didn’t get the same, true with
promotions and transfers.
You planned for some business venture, you try to learn
with failures but at times this becomes too costly affair.
You wanted to graduate in particular faculty but you
ended with less than what can inspire you.
You dreamed for handsome, good looking smart and
beautiful life partner but fact is there is no compatibility among the spouse.
You’re all financial safety and discipline suddenly
looses comforts.
No SWOT analysis can handle the real life situations.
Even business process reengineering becomes too clumsy.
No Management Jargons helps, no philosophical or
intelligent quotes produces desired results.
There is always hope of success and fear of failures. If
you are dejected then failures, fear,
worries which are product of past and future creates anticipations and you bog
down to pressures, it become difficult to
withstand inner turmoil.
To combat the situation your awareness’ is important and
it also needed for changes and corrections.
I have not used word attitude, I have used word
awareness.
How to go for change of awareness?
Method is simple; we do use the same daily but with no
awareness.That is breathing.
Pranayam is the process where in you regulate autonomous
breathing function to conscious activity for few minutes.
In that. You are aware of the mechanism that produces
breathing and in that awareness you move towards timeless awareness or move
away from time.
You are aware that you are not breathing something else
within you is breathing.
That something is the creativity within you. That is the
source within you. You visit the source; you touch the source unknown to you.
You derive power.
I always say to myself that my awareness with the breathing.
Actually, I am in inner prayer. It is the subtle prayer with one of the Panchmahabhuta.
You may call it meditation too.
Take deep inhalation, hold up to the capacity and excel
forcibly with hissing sound you are cleaning the garbage of Dejection, Sorry
ness and Frustration, low esteem, is it not?
